Black HMU United?
Most HMU stylists are trained exclusively according to Eurocentric beauty standards, creating an alienating and dangerous environment for performers of color, especially Black performers. BHMU advocates for equal recognition of all performers’ needs by connecting employers with appropriate, vetted HMU stylists.
